I was chosen through a contest for Matisyahu to shoot their show with the Dirty Heads at Congress Theater in Chicago, IL. Usually for the bigger shows you are limited to shoot the first 3 songs from the pit; with the contest I was not only able to shoot in the pit but from the stage as well. Another new experience I thoroughly enjoyed…it can be a little trickier with lighting and shooting behind the subject but it was a learning process I didn’t mind.
